How am I different?

My approach aims to bridge the gap between nutrition and therapy, through what is best defined as nutrition counselling. As a degree-trained, experienced nutritionist and trainee psychotherapist, I have a unique set of skills that are quite frankly, rare, which help me to see beyond the symptoms and get to the root cause of food and body image issues.
