Hey there, I’m Niamh and to date, I have guided hundreds of people back to a place of food and body image freedom. I specialise in intuitive eating, disordered eating and body image and run a weight inclusive, HAES aligned, online nutrition practice. I am passionate about helping people, like you, to unlock your inner wisdom and return back to your body. I help you establish a mind body connection so that you can figure out what’s best for you and your health.

I am highly qualified and have combined my expertise in nutritional science, intuitive eating and psychotherapy to put this course together for people just like you, to help you live the life you truly deserve. Since 2021, I have led over 60 people through this exact course, tweaking the framework over time based on their feedback, so I know that it truly works!

Modules are available in a private portal that you can watch in your own time. These are strategically designed so that you get access to what you need, as you need it. Complete one module a week. Watch these as many times as you need to.


Fortnightly Live Group Coaching Sessions

We will meet as a group every second Monday evening at 6.30pm GMT for 60mins. In this session we will speak about any wins or challenges you and the other group members are experiencing. You will learn from not only your own experiences, but from others too and receive both professional and peer support.


Unlimited Access to a Private Community

You will have unlimited access to a private community where you can all support each other in between sessions and ask me questions at anytime throughout the programme. This cosy group space is not on social media, so it’s completely secure and private.

I am big on the ‘how to’ as I know from personal experience how difficult it can be to implement learnings from a course into your day to day life. That’s why I’ve created worksheets and practical tools that accompany this course so that you are guided the whole way through.

I was looking for a safe, educated and structured introduction to intuitive eating to supplement some reading I had been doing on my own. After looking for qualified and trained guides in Intuitive Eating, I stumbled upon Niamh's practice. I was nervous about jumping into the group programme as I hadn't ever done anything like that before and had some questions, but when I reached out to Niamh she was so warm and friendly, taking the time to explain how the pace of each session was entirely in my control (I could share if I wanted to or just listen). After hearing that, I decided to follow my gut feeling and join the course. 10 weeks later, I am incredibly grateful that I did. Not only did Niamh teach us a huge amount (supplemented by weekly readings and exercises she provided like clockwork every single week) within the 10 weeks, she also expertly created a safe space where a group of strangers felt genuinely comfortable enough to share their stories about struggling with diet culture, internal critics, hunger cues, body image, weight gain or loss and other heavily stigmatised topics. To find a weekly space full of people willing to listen to each other as we learned the foundations of intuitive eating enabled me to feel supported enough to dive heavily into the challenging work, and I could clearly see the progress and changes it was having on my life. Little victories such as discovering food I used to binge I didn't even really like or want, to more profound changes of finding organic moments of peace with my body or finally discovering huger cues - there was undeniable proof that intuitive eating works. The more work I put in, and opened up in group, the more I could challenge the hopelessness I once felt that I would never heal from all the damage of over a decade of dieting. I couldn't have asked for a better guide for it all than Niamh. Not only does she lead from kindness, fun and empathy but she also has an incredibly impressive depth of knowledge of Intuitive Eating - one that only comes when someone is truly passionate about something. She offers many resources outside of her own work which is incredibly helpful for keeping focused on the journey. FAQ’s

 
  • The fortnightly sessions are carried out live so you get direct access to me and the other group members to ask any questions you have. The modules are pre-recorded so you can watch these in between our live sessions whenever suits you. Perfect for those with busy lives!

  • Live calls will be held every second Monday evening at 6.30pm GMT for 60mins.

  • The course is €599, which can be paid in full or in three monthly installments of €210. To get through this much material in a one to one capacity would take approx 20 sessions, which would cost approx €3000.

  • As a course participant, you will be able to purchase one off coaching sessions throughout the programme. Simply reach out and we can set it up.

  • You can start today and we’ll see you in our next live call, which takes place once a fortnight!

  • There will be space each week to share in the large group and cosy breakout rooms and to ask questions of me but it’s totally up to you whether you decide to say anything throughout the programme. If you’d rather not ask questions in the big group, you can submit them anonymously prior to our calls.

  • This programme is not focused on weight loss. Weight loss may or may not happen when we begin to heal our relationship with food through intuitive eating. Focus on weight, measurements or counting/tracking is not included in this programme.

  • I would advise to set aside 2-3hrs per week while on the programme, to attend the sessions and complete the exercises assigned each week.

  • This programme is not suitable for those with active eating disorders. Please wait until you are 6 months into recovery and have checked the programme is suitable for you with your treatment team.

  • The group programme is for you if you are good at setting aside time to work through course material alone and you enjoy being a part of a group learning experience. If you feel like you need more personal support, one to one may be a better option. However, both options will require commitment on your part to implement your learnings. Real and long-lasting change requires time and energy.

  • Don’t sweat it! I know how difficult it can be to complete and implement course content. That’s why I’m giving you lifetime access to the materials. You will have access to the content for as long as I’m in business - which will hopefully be a long time :)
