Observing Your Thoughts Meditation

This meditation is referenced on pg 119 of No Apologies within Chapter 4: Uncovering Your Inner Critic. It is designed to help you notice your thoughts, therefore helping you to uncover the voice of the inner critic.

Compassionate Friend Meditation

This 8-minute meditation is referenced on pg 126 of No Apologies within Chapter 4: Uncovering Your Inner Critic. It is designed to help you cultivate self-compassion to strengthen the voice of your inner friend, therefore helping you to quieten the voice of the inner critic.

Inner Expert Meditation

This 12-minute meditation is referenced on pg 142 of No Apologies within Chapter 5: Reconnecting with the Self. It will help you to reconnect with your inner expert by using mindfulness to get in touch with the messages from within.
