Meet Niamh

Hey there, I’m Niamh and to date, I have guided hundreds of people (and counting) back to a place of food and body image freedom. I specialise in intuitive eating, disordered eating and body image and run a weight inclusive, HAES aligned, online nutrition practice. I am passionate about helping people, like you, to unlock your inner wisdom and return back to your body. I help you establish a mind body connection so that you can figure out what’s best for you and your health.

I am highly qualified and have combined my expertise in nutritional science, intuitive eating and psychotherapy to write this book for people just like you, to help you live the life you truly deserve.
