Supervision for Nutrition Professionals
“Supervision is the provision of protected time for regular, facilitated, in-depth reflection on clinical practice and anything that may impact it.”
Fiona Sutherland
What can you expect in supervision?
Supervision is a collaboration and we work together as a team. Your job is to set the agenda and to come prepared with whatever it is you would like to share and unpack. This can be related to your clinical practice or your business and anything you feel is impacting it. You will guide us based on the topics you feel are most important to cover.
My job is to hold a safe, non-judgemental space for you to unpack whatever it is you would like to explore. This is your space to develop, both personally and professionally and be taken care of so you can take better care of your clients. It’s the place to ask all of the ‘stupid’ questions without fear of judgment or reproach.
How It Works
-
Step One
Book a 50min supervision session through the link below or email me with any questions you have prior to booking.
-
Step Two
If you are a new supervisee, fill out the intake form. Prior to each session, you will receive a check-in form to complete.
-
Step Three
Attend the session and reflect on your learnings afterwards through a post supervision reflective form.
“Supervision is an opportunity to bring someone back to their own mind, to show them how good they can be”
— Nancy Kline
